About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Power Platform and AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deliver innovative business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI technologies. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic goals.
What you will do in the role
• Designing & Architecting end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and AI tools (such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search), alongside relevant Azure services.
• Engaging with business teams to gather requirements, shape solutions, and provide expert technical input.
• Developing custom apps, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform and D365, with appropriate use of Azure components.
• Helping to establish and apply solid Application Lifecycle Management practices across projects.
• Applying AI and machine learning features to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
• Ensuring all technical solutions follow best practices, are secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Providing mentorship and leadership to diverse delivery teams, including functional, technical, and offshore contributors.
• Performing solution/code reviews and maintaining high-quality standards in delivery.
• Supporting sales, pre-sales, and proof-of-concept initiatives, as well as peer-reviewing delivery and change plans.
• Staying current with advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-related technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Solid experience in a D365 architecture role or equivalent.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI toolsets.
Skilled in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure capabilities (e.g. Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure AI Search).
Awareness of performance and scaling considerations in enterprise-grade Power Platform deployments.
Experience with pro-code development, including C# for custom development within D365 / Power Platform environments.
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management approaches, and knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) is a plus.
Background in implementing AI models via services like Azure AI Foundry.
Competence in data integration, API design, and data modelling.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working independently and within a team setup.
